Terms & Conditions
- Deposit of 50% of the total rent due to
be received within 14 days of reservation.
- Final payment to be received 4 weeks
prior to arrival. However, if reservation is made less than
4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of
reservation.
- Reservation and confirmation of deposit
will be confirmed in writing.
- If a cancellation is received and the
property is re-let for the same rent, all monies will be
returned less a 10% administrative fee. If the property is
not re-let, Management reserves the right to keep any monies
received. However, Management will do its utmost to re-let
the property.
- The price includes: bed linen, towels,
all other household linen (except beach towels) and cleaning
materials.
- Electricity and heating oil are extra and
are billed based on actual usage and meter readings. Payment
for such to be made upon presentation of a bill when
vacating the premises.
- €100 security deposit payable on arrival
to cover loss or damage, breakages, etc.
- Due to the number of simultaneous
departures, it will not be possible to check the house at
departure time. Therefore, the €100 security deposit, less
any applicable deductions, will be refunded by post within 7
days of departure.
- On departure, the house, equipment and
utensils must be left in the same condition as found upon
arrival. Final cleaning charge – if you do not want to leave
the premises as found:
Bay View Cottages €50
Ardahill €75
- Pets by prior arrangement only.
- Cot must be booked in advance and is
provided free of charge subject to availability.
- Occupancy per house higher than number of
beds prohibited:
Bay View Cottages 6 persons
Ardahill 8 persons
- The Management cannot be responsible for
loss or damage to valuables or personal property and it is
recommended that you have the appropriate insurance cover in
force during your holiday.
- The Management may terminate occupancy if
the above terms and conditions are not complied with.
- During peak times, check-in after 4:00 pm
and check-out by 10:00 am.
